9	15.02.09	1155hrs Contacted by HMCG and placed on standby, vessel with engine problems limping to Hull marina 1245hrs Casualty vessel passing under the Humber bridge 1250hrs Requested to launch by HMCG 1255hrs Launched 1257hrs On scene escorting casualty 1340hrs Casualty vessel now safely moored up at Corporation pier 1400hrs Return to station
10	15.02.09	1700hrs A female presented herself to a crew member at the boathouse threatening to jump from the Humber bridge. The crew member sat her down in the office and called a Paramedic who was sat outside in his car, The Paramedic then took the female and transported her to Hospital. 1715hrs Incident over.
11	16.02.09	2040hrs Called by HMCG to a male who had jumped from the Humber bridge. 2045hrs Launched & commenced search under Humber bridge. 2059hrs RAF R128 on scene. 2244hrs Search carried out between Humber Bridge west to Winteringham haven on south bank and Brough on the north bank, including around Reeds island, nothing found. Coastguard & Humber Rescue teams search both banks also. 2244hrs Search terminated by HMCG. 2250hrs Return to station.
12	23.02.09	1010hrs Called to a narrow boat aground on redcliffe middle sandbank 1025hrs Launched 1035hrs Only able to get within 30 yards of casualty due to lack of water. Used loud hailer to contact crew, happy to stay on board untill high water. 1038hrs Stood down by HMCG 1045hrs Return to station
13	23.02.09	1400hrs Retasked to narrow boat aground on redcliffe middle sand bank. 1410hrs Launched 1425hrs On scene awaiting water 1435hrs Casualty now afloat, escorting to South Ferriby 1545hrs Casualty safer moored at South Ferriby 1620hrs Return to station
14	25.02.09	1937hrs Called to a Police incident near to the Deep. 1940hrs Stood down prior to launch Police incident over safely.

Further investigations, call found to be a hoax. 1940hrs Return to station. Delayed due to difficult weather conditions
16	28.03.09	1700hrs Requested by HM Coastguard to assist refloating a 60ft narrowboat aground near to Swinefleet. 1705hrs Launched. 1745hrs On scene, narrowboat still aground with a 30 deg list to starboard. 1755hrs Bow of vessel now afloat, tow line attatched. 1820hrs Casualty afloat and making own way to Goole escorted by Humber Rescue. 1835hrs Casualty safely in Ocean lock, Goole. 1931hrs Return to station.

37	25.05.09	1935hrs While providing rescue boat cover for Humber Yawl club a squib (Sml racing yacht) caught their tiller on a marker bouy and could not release themselves. 1936hrs On scene assisted in the removal of marker bouy 1938hrs Put yacht on a side tow and returned to Brough Haven 1958hrs Casualty safely moored in Brough Haven 2000hrs Humber rescue continued with rescue boat cover

Escorting to Winteringham Haven. 07:42 – Other yacht afloat. Heading to Winteringham Haven under own power. 07:50 – Both vessels safely in Winteringham Haven 07:56 – Return to station
