Humber Rescue purchase a tractor
December 2007
On Monday 10th December, Humber Rescue purchased a second-hand tractor from Andrew Lambert Agricultural engineers. The tractor, a Massey Ferguson 3085, is a 4 wheel drive tractor and has been specially modified for use in salt water.
The funds to purchase this tractor have come partly from the Making Waves appeal, other various fundraising events over the past year and some from Humber Rescue`s reserve fund. The tractor has a hydrolic raising tow bracket to assist with launch and storage in the boathouse.
